Senior Tour Meeting on Tuesday and Travel Letter Notarizing Night – THIS TUESDAY, February 26th – 6:30pm in the Band Room
Information was sent home with students after the snow days. The purpose of this meeting is to release the tour itinerary, discuss travel expectations, hear from our travel planners, Bobbi & Marilyn AND to have a Permission to Travel with Minors Form Notarized.
Notarized Letters: Minors under the age of 18 traveling from Canada to any foreign destination, when not accompanied on the trip by parents, must have a letter from the parent not accompanying the child. Students under the age of 18 traveling without this letter may be denied permission to leave Canada or denied entry into their country of destination. To be valid, this letter must be notarized. This service will be provided for free on Tuesday.
Passports: Each student traveling on the Senior Tour will require a passport for travel. It is the student’s responsibility to have a valid passport before trip departure. No student will be permitted to travel without a passport.
