CHOIR/STRINGS/MUSICAL Updates for Oct 13-16

CHOIR/STRINGS/MUSICAL Updates for Oct 13-16

Hello music families!

I hope that you all had a relaxing and enjoyable thanksgiving long weekend. I’m hoping we will all come back recharged after some much needed rest. Keep doing the best you can, wash your hands and communicate if you are having trouble – your teachers are here to support you:)

Important info for the week:

The 5 week FLIP is happening starting this week. So your C/D class is now your learning group and your A/B is now distanced. So please remember that things will be and feel different, you are all doing such great work with all the scheduling and adapting – WE ARE PROUD OF YOU. If you have any issues or if you need help, please don’t hesitate to talk to myself or Mr. Davis. We are here to support you and help you in whatever way we can…priorities are different this year and we are all just trying to make school a safe and positive experience for you all. Be Mindful, Be Kind and take care of yourself and you will get through just fine:)

FOR BAND 9/10 FLIP INFORMATION PLEASE SEE MR. DAVIS’ POST! IT IS ALL THERE FOR YOU AND ORGANIZED!

ALL MORNING CHOIR AND STRINGS CLASSES (7:30-8:30AM) WILL NOW BE IN THE BAND ROOM INSTEAD OF THE THEATRE. THIS IS TO SUPPORT OUR BAND CLASSES THAT WILL NOW BE IN THE THEATRE IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THE BANDS BEING SPACED OUT/DISTANCED. This way band equipment is not shuffled around all morning back and forth and transitions are easier for those classes. THANK YOU TO MR. GRAY AND MR. DAVIS FOR ALL THEIR ORGANIZATION/PLANNING FOR THIS CHANGE OVER <3
