8:15am crew call time, 8:45am band call time. 9:15am at Gyro Park in Cadboro Bay.

9am - 3pm in the Reynolds parking lot.

9am call time at Windsor Park. Parade 10:30am - 11:30am finishes at Willows Beach.

1:30pm Scavenger Hunt, 4:30pm BBQ, Reynolds Band Room / Field
